100 YARDS TO BEACH

Clean, Comfortable, Two Bedroom Apartments at Old Orchard Beach. Our two bedroom Gull Apartments are located just across the street from the Gull Motel and about 100 yards to the beach.

SPACIOUS AND MODERN APARTMENTS

Each spacious and modern apartment consists of 2 separate bedrooms, a private bathroom, living room, fully-equipped kitchen, and screened-in porch. Our apartments have free WiFi, cable TV, telephone, and A/C. Apartment guests have full access to The Gull Motel pool and gas grills.

75 YARDS FROM THE BEACH

The Gull Motel is located just 75 yards from the beach. You will sleep to the sound of the waves on the shore and the smell of sea air. We have a beautiful outdoor heated pool for you to enjoy before and after your time at the beach. Our private grounds include lounge chairs and picnic tables, as well as gas grills for you to BBQ on vacation.

DESIGNED WITH YOUR COMFORT IN MIND

Our Motel rooms are clean and well appointed, designed with your comfort in mind. All our rooms at the Motel have a kitchenette, air conditioning, TV, phone and AM/FM radios. Most rooms have their own private balcony and all have free parking for one car per room for registered guests. Your Motel room kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, pots pans and dishes, for your convenience.

ADJACENT TO THE BEACH

Our two bedroom cottages are located adjacent to the beach and are perfect for a family looking for a relaxing beach vacation with all the comforts and conveniences of home. All four Gull Cottages have ocean views and two offer spectacular views looking directly across the open Atlantic.

MODERN COZY COTTAGES

All two-bedroom cottages feature a private bath with a shower, screened in porch, air conditioning, cable TV, and a full kitchen. Each cottage has a bedroom with one double bed and a bedroom with a trundle bed (2 twin beds). Kitchens include refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, utensils and dishes (no oven).

DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH

The Gull Inn is located directly on the beach. Each room in this classic Victorian Beach House is uniquely furnished and decorated with you in mind. All eleven rooms feature a private bath, air conditioning, cable TV and clock radio. Guests at the Inn enjoy complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

STUNNING OCEAN VISTAS

Inn guests share a lovely spacious common room on the main level (there is a courtesy telephone available here) with stunning ocean vistas. There is a large wraparound porch perfect for reading or socializing on a warm summer day. There is a huge private yard with lounge chairs and picnic tables. Our Inn guests may use the Gull Motel’s outdoor heated pool, just steps away. Cooking is not allowed at the Inn (a true vacation for Mom).
